Terms of Use Agreement

ESPOSITO’S MARKET Gift & Rewards Card

The following Terms of Use Agreement apply to the user of The ESPOSITO MARKET Gift & Rewards Card. The use of any The ESPOSITO MARKET Card constitutes the acceptance to the terms and conditions identified in this Agreement.

Use of The ESPOSITO MARKET Gift Dollars:
The ESPOSITO MARKET Gift dollars can only be used as a form of payment at LE MARCHÉ ESPOSITO in Boisbriand and NDG. The ESPOSITO MARKET Gift dollars allows user to add dollars on the card for future purchases. The amount on your ESPOSITO MARKET dollars do not expire, they are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Adding dollars to The ESPOSITO MARKET Gift Card
You can add dollars to your ESPOSITO MARKET Gift Card at any participating store of LE MARCHÉ ESPOSITO location. A minimum value of $10.00 is required per ESPOSITO MARKET Gift Card activation.

Use of The ESPOSITO MARKETRewards Card / Account:

REGISTRATION
You need to register your profile online at www.lemarcheesposito.ca and link your ESPOSITO MARKET Rewards Card to your profile to become a privileged member OR you could use your smart phone and opt to obtain a digital ESPOSITO MARKET Rewards Card upon your registration. The choice is yours. Start by filling out the registration form to receive an activation email and then click on the link to authenticate your membership inscription.  

BENEFITS
All ESPOSITO MARKET Rewards Card holders can obtain Reward Points per dollar spent pre-tax at LE MARCHÉ ESPOSITO in Boisbriand and NDG.  All valid members can redeem their Points for delicious home cooked meals made available exclusively at the La Cucina from LE MARCHÉ ESPOSITO in Boisbriand.  Valid members will receive and may earn personalized email promotions from time to time from LE MARCHÉ ESPOSITO in Boisbriand and NDG. 100 points are equivalent to $1 (before taxes).

PROMOTIONS
Promotions are offered and emailed to privileged members only and are applicable for a limited time to the location identified within the personalized offer.

MEMBER
A valid member is any customer who has completed the free registration process and activated their ESPOSITO MARKET Gift & Rewards Card membership profile by using the web and a valid email.

LOST OR FORGOTTEN PROMOTIONS
The ESPOSITO MARKET Gift & Rewards program and LE MARCHÉ ESPOSITO locations cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or expired promotions and or cards.

REWARD POINTS REDEMPTIONS
Only the activated ESPOSITO MARKET Rewards Card members can redeem Reward Points  as a form of payment  for future purchases made exclusively at the La Cucina from the LE MARCHÉ ESPOSITO in Boisbriand, and on any purchase made at LE MARCHÉ ESPOSITO in NDG*. Get fresh produce, quality meats, specialty products, and more, to bring back home, for free*.  A minimum value of 4000 Reward Points, equivalent to 40$ is required to be used upon every redemption at the La Cucina in Boisbriand, and in NDG by any ESPOSITO’S MARKET Rewards member.

TERMINATION AND EXPIRY
All ESPOSITO MARKET Reward Points that have not been used for 730 consecutive days from their last transaction will be terminated and all benefits of the program will be expired. 

MODIFICATIONS
The ESPOSITO MARKET Rewards Card and the LE MARCHÉ ESPOSITO locations reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the ESPOSITO MARKET Rewards Card program, to alter, limit, modify or add to the ESPOSITO MARKET Rewards Card program rules, regulations, terms and conditions without prior notice at any time and from time to time. As permitted by applicable law, any amendment will become effective at the time the amended agreement is posted online through www.lemarcheesposito.ca

PROTECT YOUR CARD
You can register your ESPOSITO MARKET Gift & Rewards Card online at www.lemarcheesposito.ca to protect the balance on the card. Your ESPOSITO MARKET Gift & Rewards account balances are only protected from the point in time that you notify us of your stolen, lost or damaged card and the identification, verification of your profile has been established.

CARD BALANCES
You can obtain the balance of your ESPOSITO MARKET Gift & Rewards Card by visiting the LE MARCHÉ ESPOSITO in Boisbriand, in NDG, and or online at www.lemarcheesposito.ca. Any time you conduct an ESPOSITO MARKET Gift & Rewards Card transaction, you will be provided with an electronic receipt (proof of transaction) by email clearly identifying the card’s new balance. You should validate every receipt and safe keep all of you receipts for future reference if required.

ERRORS
The LE MARCHÉ ESPOSITO locationsshall have no liability for any questionable transaction as transactional errors need to be identified and resolved at time of occurrence with the management of the participating location. Any questionable transactional errors need to be communicated to the management of each participating LE MARCHÉ ESPOSITO location. LE MARCHÉ ESPOSITO reserves the right not to accept, load or re-issue ESPOSITO MARKET Gift & Rewards Card if LE MARCHÉ ESPOSITO reasonably believes that the use is unauthorized or fraudulent.

GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada therein.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between card holder and LE MARCHÉ ESPOSITO, its stores, and exceeds and joins all prior agreements.
